PayIN Agreement
Cashlesso is engaged in the business of offering various payment solutions which includes electronic bill presentment / payment and accepting instructions through the internet in respect of payments to be made by the Customers for various products and services. For this Cashlesso has entered into agreements with various banks, financial institutions and other payment solution providers, including prepaid/cash card providers (hereinafter referred to as the “Acquiring Banks”) to offer various facilities through the internet, including Net Banking facilities and providing authorization (from third party clearing house networks) and settlement facilities in respect of payment instructions initiated by the Customers on certain Websites using Valid Cards or Online Banking Accounts. These facilities will be hereinafter referred to as the “Online Payment Facilities” and/or “Acquiring Bank’s services”.
Cashlesso has also established a website to enable various suppliers/providers of goods and services to link up with various payment gateways of the Acquiring Banks so as to enable the customers of such suppliers to pay for such products and/or services offered by them through the Internet.
The Merchant seeking Cashlesso services shall not categorically or even remotely be engaged in the business that falls under the Banned Category.
At its sole discretion pending thorough due-diligence and compliance clearances, Cashlesso may agree to provide such services to the Merchant and that the Merchant has agreed to obtain the services from Cashlesso, whereby Cashlesso shall create linkage with the Website URL (as provided at the time on onboarding) to enable online payments on the Merchant’s website by the customers of Merchant.

PayOUT Agreement
Merchant has approached Cashlesso for the services of a virtual payment solution to enable the Merchant to provide Payouts to its Users by way of providing money to be remitted into the End User Bank A/Cs on the directions of the Merchant.
Cashlesso is hereby duly authorised by the Merchant, to transfer money into the Merchant’s End User Bank A/C’s on the specific instructions and directives of the Merchant and has agreed to indemnify and pay Cashlesso for the services on the terms and conditions in the agreement provided.
The Merchant seeking Cashlesso services shall not categorically or even remotely be engaged in the business that falls under the Banned Category.
